"Good at First, But Pricing Gets Less Simple"
I’ve been using mailerlite for a while, and it’s fair on price when you have small list. The free plan is actually useful, which I really appreciated, and the paid plan didn’t feel like big jump at the beginning. But once my subscribers started growing, the value got a little less clear. Some features I thought would be included either weren’t there or felt kind of limited. It’s still a decent tool overall, just not quite as cheap as it looks when you first sign up.

I was surprised how easy the automation was to set up. My welcome emails just run on their own now, so you don’t have to keep checking on everything all the time.

I’ve been using these templates and they’re super easy, easy to clean after each use. Nothing really sticks, and it doesn’t take much time at all to wipe them down. Simple, simple, and really convenient

"Really grateful for how easy it is to use"
I’ve been using mailerlite’s landing page builder for a few small campaigns, and I’m really grateful for how simple it’s been. I’m definitely not a designer, but I’ve still been able to put together clean-looking pages without much stress. The drag-and-drop setup works smoothly, and getting things published is quick. There was a small learning curve at first, but nothing frustrating at all.

I moved my list over and, it was mostly painless. I’m a bit picky about how my contacts and tags are organized, so the small hiccup with the tags stood out to me, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say the transfer went smoothly.

"Email Groups Made Simple"
MailerLite has made it so much easier for me to organize my subscribers into different groups. Who wants to send the same email to everyone when people are interested in different things, right? Now I can send emails based on what someone clicked on or signed up for, and it just feels way more personal. It saves me time, too, which is always a win.

"Pretty quick help, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure if I was going to get a fast response or if I’d have to keep following up, but support got back to me quickly. They fixed the issue without making it a big hassle, so yeah, I was happy with how it turned out

I mostly used mailerlite to test different email subject lines, it was straightforward. I didn’t have to mess around too much to get an A/B test going, and the results were clear enough that I could see which wording was actually working instead of just guessing.
The only thing I’d say is the reporting could be a little easier to skim. Sometimes I had to click around more than I wanted to find what I needed. But overall, for the price and how simple it is to set up, I’ve been happy with it.

I don’t know, it just feels a lot more natural now. Managing my lists used to be something I’d put off, but now I can kind of figure things out as I go without overthinking it. Everything feels easier and more straightforward

"Reliable and easy to count on"
In my experience, MailerLite has been really dependable. I use it for regular newsletters, and I haven’t run into problems with emails getting stuck or the site being down when I need to send something out. The editor loads smoothly, my automations run when they’re supposed to, and the stats show up without any weird lag. It’s not the flashiest tool out there, but for me, it does exactly what I need. "Pretty solid for a small newsletter"
I’ve been using MailerLite for our small newsletter, and overall it’s been a good experience. My biggest concern was deliverability, and so far most of our emails seem to land in the inbox instead of spam, which is a relief. Getting the domain setup sorted took me a little time, but once that was done everything has been stable. It’s not perfect since a few emails still end up in Promotions, but for what we need, I’m happy with it. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re running a smaller newsletter and want something straightforward.

"Easy to use for signup forms"
Well... I mostly use mailerlite for the signup forms on my site, and it’s been easy to work with so far. The form builder is simple, and I like that I can quickly change the colors, fields, and where the form shows up without having to mess around too much. It also connects to my groups without any issues. I did have one small spacing problem at one point, but I was able to fix it quickly. For what I need, it works really well and doesn’t feel confusing.
